Returns: 

If you are unhappy with your product you can return it within 14 days. The item must be in it original condition.  Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.   

Leather tips:

Leather gets better with age. Here's a few tips on how to care for it.

If your leather product gets dirty, just use a damp cloth. You don't want to be putting any soaps or substances on it.

If drying leather, let it dry slowly as this is less likely to mark.

All products will be sprayed with a leather protector spray, as this protects it from stains. I advise you to re-apply every few years.You can also buy leather/suede cleaner and protecter from most shoe stores.

Repair:

If the item is faulty, there will be no postage cost on returning it to be fixed.

After one year of the purchase bag repair will be at the customers expense.
